dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SPS dan SUT dalam akumulasi sukrosa pada beberapa buah tomat transgenik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tomat transgenik hasil overekspresi gen SPS mampu meningkatkan sukrosa daun sebesar 116% dan overekspresi gen SUT meningkatkan sukrosa buah sebesar 124% dibandingkan tanaman kontrol (wild type). | en_US |
