Abstract

The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling (the sampling that is used in certain purpose) that is taking some elements that is categorized as sample taken deliberately which states the sample that is choosed very representative or represents the population, so the respondent observed in this study only the customer of multi purpose credit. Before the data analyzed, it is conducted the validity test and reliabily test in order to obtain the valid and reliable data and than it is evaluated by multiple linier regression.
