Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure to the firm value. This study used MVAIC to measuring intellectual capital, DER to measuring capital structure, and Tobin's Q to measuring firm value. The sample in this study was 42 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2015 and has a characteristic high IC intensive. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that (1) intellectual capital has no effect on firm value and (2) capital structure has significant effect to the firm value.
