PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK MANBAUL ULUM MUNCAR BANYUWANGI (The Influence of Leadership Manner, Motivation and Competency towards Teachers’ Performance in SMK Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi)

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of the variable of leadrship manner, motivation and competency towards the teachers’ performance in SMK Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi and the determined sample is 35 participants with using saturated sampling technique. Variables to analyze in this research are leasership manner, motivation and competency of the teachers as the dependent variable, teachers’ performance as independent variable. This research use double linear regretion as the tool to examine its influence with using dependent and independent variables. The scale of the meassurement used in this study is likert scale and quantitative as the method of this study. This study take the couple types of data resources, there are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken from the directly observation upon the object and the anwers’ of the respondents based on the questions given in the questionaire to 35 participants. Thesecondary data, then, is taken from the school profile and the number of the teachers in SMK Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi. The result of this research shows that partially, the three variables have the positive and significant influence upon teachers’ performance in SMK Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi. Simultaneously, the leadership manner, motivation and competency have the significant influence upon the teachers’ performance in SMK Manbaul Ulum Muncar Banyuwangi
