Abstract: Berdasarkan hipotesis pertama, pada dasarnya penggunaan komunikasi persuasif oleh PLKB dengan kelompok Kukesra, menunjukkan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan program. namun apabila dibandingkan atas metode-metode komunikasi, maka kegiatan integrasi dan kegiatan pay off and fear arousing perlu lebih diefektifkan agar pelaksanaan program lebih baik.
