Abstract

Money crisis, which began at middle of 1997, has caused broken of national economy sytem. The liquidity tightened that at first aim to save national economy, in fact it cause multiplier effect such as capital outflow, dollar speculation, the high interest of saving and credit, the down real sector, and the banks experience liquidity crisis. The weak fundamental of banking and law enforcement has been caused a lot of bank do violation towards healthy rules from central bank.
