Abstract: | Based on the results of this action research, conclu-sions can be drawn as follows: 1. The use of picture cards is very important in the teaching and learning of vocabulary. 9. The students'vocahulary mastery can he developed by the use of picture cards as the teaching media in teaching and learning process conducted in both the first and the second cycles. The mean score of the students'vocabulary tests has increased from 65,83 in the first cycle up to 68.69 in the second cycle. The above conclusion shows that the applied ac-tion, that is, the use of picture cards as the teaching media in teaching learning process can improve the students' vocabulary mastery. |
