This technology will give more benefits if MSMEswere given access to internet technology. However, the use of computer technology is still considered to be very rare among micro, small, and medium enterprises. This research aims to analyze further the understanding of issues surrounding the acceptance and use of computer technology among micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was conducted in this research. Questionnaires were collected from SO MSME owners in Bandar Lampung, Province of Lampung, who do not use computer technology in their business activities. Data was examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique and utilized Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The empirical test results showed that intention to use technology was Significantly influenced by effort expectancy and social influence. But, performance expectancy did not Significantly influence the intention to use technology. The result also showed that behavior intention was significantly influenced by intention to use and facilitatlnq condition. | en_US |
