Abstract

Fibroma is a benign neoplasia derived from fibrous connective tissue. Fibroma may be the result of trauma that occurs only once or recurrence, infection or chronic inflammation. The clinical picture of the lesion showed a nodule supple, mobile, pink and do not cause pain. This fibroma occurred on 11 and 22 teeth, mobile, pedunculated, normal color, clear boundaries, chewy consistency, smooth texture, size 1.3x1.3x0.5 cm. Therapy in this case by excision with curettage produce good healing
