Abstract: Seribu tiga puluh dua ayam Leghorn putih berjengger satu Sembilan puluh ayam pedaging bangsa Pilch, dua kelinci putih dan satu domba digunakan dalam penelitian yang bertujuan menimbulkan dan menilai kekebalan aktif baik yang bersifat relatif maupun sempurna terhadap koksidiesis sekum, dengan infeksi secara oral dengan cokista normal jenis Eimeria tenela.
