RESPON BEBERAPA NOMOR PERSILANGAN TANAMAN JAGUNG TERHADAP PEMUPUKAN NITROGEN

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the response of some genotipe of maize on nitrogen fertilization. The research was done in Arjasa Village, Kecamatan Arjasa, Jember begin on July until October 2010. We used random of factorial design with 2 factor, variety corn with four crossing number (V1 = Menado Merah x Srikandi Putih, V2 = Menado Merah x Bisma, V3 = Menado Merah x Srikandi Kuning,V4 = Srikandi Kuning x Srikandi Putih) and N (N1 = Nitrogen with dose 400 kg urea/ha, N2= Nitrogen with dose 500 kg urea/ha, N3 = Nitrogen with dose 600 kg urea/ha). The results of this experiment were :1). Variety corn treatment were significantly of all parameters except to number of leaves and weight corn cob per petak 2) N doses fertilizer aplications not significantly increasing value of all parameters. 3) Interactions of Variety Zea mays and N doses fertilizer not significantly increasing value of all parameters.
