The chemical control could be one of so many ways which has been frequently used to cope with pest, while its negative influence for both human life and circumstances has also been felt. Entomopatogen Nematode, as a biological agent, is one of the alternatives used• in controlling pest. To prepare this agent, we need economical and effective techniques for formulating and storing. The aim of this research is to study the influence of formulation media, effect of temperature and humidity, and solution towards the resisting power of local isolate Entomopathogen Nematode. Here are steps of research method used by the writer nematode multiplication, namely bacteria multiplication, media inoculation with bacteria and Nematode, Nematode Harvesting, Nematode formulating, and patogenicity nematode examining. The result of the research shows that the resisting power of Entomopathogen Nematode that could last 50 days in storing media lava soil, calcite soil A, calcite soil B, and in the media of tofu flour in a row are 0,893 x 104; 0,715 x 104; 0,240 x 104; 0.320 x 104 and 0,290 x 104.The resisting power of the local isolate Steirnernema spp. decreases while being stored. The average of its resisting power in alcohol, clove, and formaline in a 5 days storing are 19,6~ 19,4 and 6 tail; patogenicity of Xenorhabdus spp. toward insects tenebrio molitor is very high.en_US
