Analisis Spatial Economic Kabupaten dan Kota Wilayah Utara dan Selatan Provinsi Jawa Timur

Abstract

This research aims to determine the base of each sector of the North and the South East Java based on the distribution sector and sectoral economic growth rate that has a competitive value and specialization associated with the classification or typology of the object area of research. This research method use descriptive analysis method with quantitative research paradigm using location quotient analysis, analysis shiftshare esteban marquillas, growth ratio modell, Klassen tipology, andgeographic information system. The results of this study indicate that tipology underdeveloped and developing an area that is an average based on agriculture, while fast forward and depressed areas is the average area-based industries.
