The framework of the thesis is completely presented in this early chapter. It will make us easier to understand the issue underlying the study. The background of the study, the statements of the problem. the scope of the study. the limitation and the goal of the study, and the organizations of the thesis are described here. The Background of The Study From the experience of teaching English in a privately owned English-course, it is observed that the knowledge of the learners is still low in terms of oral language expression. The low knowledge of the English oral expression is indicated by the questions frequently risen by the learners as they are getting in a conversation practice in the classroom.en_US
