Abstract:	Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) produksi kopi pada PT. PP. Jember Indonesia efisien secara ekonomi atau memiliki keunggulan komparatif, (2) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terbadap produksi kopi antara lain jumlah pohon, pupuk, umur tanaman, dan tenaga kerja (3) trend produksi kopi pada PT. PP Jember Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan.
