Abstract:	Bahwa tingkat preferensi responden terhadap teh produk PTPN adalah rendah, dengan perhitungan dengan 3 indikator . yaitu tingkat keselaluan, tingkat frekwensi, dan tingkat kesetiaan. Korelasi antara preferensi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen yaitu faktor sosiologis dan faktor psikologis kesemuanya menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan preferensi konsumen terhadap faktor tersebut.
