dc.description.abstractThe research activities take place at the Puskesmas Sumbersari Jember in order to obtain in-depth description of the process of communicative interaction between doctor and patient or the patient's family. Communicative interaction event occurs when the process of requesting and provide health care. This research use approach qualitative ethnography of communication to uncover the authenticity of communicative interaction that awakens in Puskesmas Sumbersari Jember. Results of this study found a major cultural theme of "Serve wholeheartedly selfless is a fundamental requirement in the ongoing activities requested and provide health care in the community". The discovery of this cultural theme if it is associated with the ethics of public services, especially health services in general have similarities. Because public service as a process whose activities directed specifically at terselenggarannya services to meet the public interest through the proper way and concerned with the satisfaction of the people who get service.en_US
