Catfish could be process to ball meat, nugget, sausage, abon and cracker, they had the potentially of agricultural industry business. The process of those food products were easy and practiced. Based on financial analysis, the food products of catfish had high prospectively and profitable, with the production characteristics are the competitive sale price, lower BEP value, B/C ratio value 1.7-4.48, payback period 2.1-5.1 months.en_US
