dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to identify and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) either partially or simultaneously on performance (Y) of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Jember branch. The research type is quantitative research with associative method, which explains the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The research population was all employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia the branch Jember in total of 42 respondents. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test by support of SPSS. The test results using multiple linear regression analysis were that: 1) emotional intelligence (X1) partially affected performance (Y) of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia the branch Jember; 2) spiritual intelligence (X2) partially affected performance (Y) of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia the branch Jember; 3) emotional intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) simultaneously affected performance (Y) of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia the branch Jemberen_US
