Evaluasi Dampak Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Penyaluran Kredit Usaha

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the impacts of community empowerment program through the distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat or KUR (business credit for people) in Sumber Lesung, District of Ledokombo, Jember Regency. The research used descriptive research design with qualitative approach. Samples were collected using purposive sampling. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Technique of data validity used triangulation with the sources. Data analysis in the research used interactive model. The results showed that the empowerment by the Government through PT. Bank Republik Indonesia (Persero), Tbk of Ledokombo Unit was carried out by providing access and economic empowerment for actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Furthermore, KUR was distributed to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that had already exist in Sumber Lesung to address issues faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and improve their productivity. The profile of distribution of KUR in Sumber Lesung, direct interviews were conducted to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises related to the requirements and procedures of applying for credit. Furthermore, the KUR distribution in Sumber Lesung showed positive impacts and negative impacts. The sales volume of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after getting KUR showed an effective sales volume, so that it can be said that the use of KUR funds was effectively
