Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the PNPM MPd Field of Women Savings and Loan in the Village Balet Baru Sukowono District of Jember. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach and the focus of this study is on the tuition (SPP) program. Purposive sampling technique was used to get respondents. There are two Data sources; primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used; observation, interviews, and documentation methods. This study used a technique authenticity of data with triangulation of data sources. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the evaluation stage PNPM MPd Savings and Loan Sector in Rural Women in Balet baru in 2013-2014; namely the planning stage include socialization, brainstorming, writing proposals, verification, priority proposals MAD, MAD musdes result information.
