Abstract: This research aims to identify and analyze pengarh organizational climate and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. type of data in this study is quantitative data. The primary data used were obtained from the questionnaire results paramedic civil servants from hospitals. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis through path analysis. amos program using version 20. research indicates that organizational climate has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a positive effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on the employment effect kinerja .
