Installation water treatment located in Jember region managed by the Regional Water Company (PDAM). IPA Tegal Besar was one of water treatment installation owned by PDAM Jember. IPA Tegal Besar was using Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) as coagulat. Water treatment processed by coagulation-flocculation. Until now the addition of PAC dosage to raw water in IPA Tegal Besar didn’t used the optimum standard. The aim of this research were determining the optimum PAC dosage and made a standard curve between PAC and the level of water turbidity. Decrease in each parameter were measured by observing at the value of the efficiency of turbidity and pH. Determination optimum dosage of PAC at PDAM Jember used 3 methods namely dosage that used at PDAM Jember, trial and error, and the processed of coagulation-flocculation. Turbidity value and optimum dosage of PAC was processed with simple linear regression to obtain the equations. The equation was y = 0,155x + 17,55 in the morning and y = 0,138x + 20,34 in the afternoons. This equation used as standard curve of PAC in IPA Tegal Besaren_US
