The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of water discharge and nutrients brands for kale growth at NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) hydroponic system. This study used two factors: the range of water discharge (A) and nutrients brands (B). Water discharge factor were A1 = (0.5 - 1.5) l/m, A2 = (2 - 3) l/m, and A3 = (3.5 - 4.5) l/m and nutrients brands were B1 = Greentonik, B2 = Multihara, and B3 = Superbionik. The analysis used in this study was the analysis of variance (anova) and continued using Duncan test, then deployments the data with a bar chart. The method used in this research was factorial experiment with split plot or plots that divided in randomized block design (RBD). Based on the results, the influent of water discharge was not significantly different, while the influent of nutrients brands was significantly different. From the three nutrients brands (Superbionik, Multihara, and Greentonik) were used, Superbionik gave the best effect on plant growthen_US
