Abstract: National corn production and productivity are still low, so they need an improvement. Planting corn on the sidelines of rubber trees in agroforestry system is needed considering the decline in agricultural land for corn cultivation. In order to obtain high growth and yield of corn plants in agroforestry system, it is necessary to apply appropriate dosage of fertilizer and the use of appropriate varieties. The research in purpose of gaining the most influential dose of Bokashi and varieties on the growth and yield of composite corn in agroforestry system of rubber trees was conducted in Gunung Terong Plantation, Kalibaru, Banyuwangi. The research used split plot design, randomized complete block design with three replications. The main plot was composite corn varieties: Bisma, Lamuru and Penjalinan. The subplot was bokashi fertilizer dosages: 0, 5, 10 and 15 ton/ha. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test (α, 5%). The results showed that there was an interaction between dose of bokashi fertilizer and varieties of some parameters of plant growth and yield. Bisma variety with bokasi fertilizer dosage of 15 tons/ha had the best yields on plant height, leaf breadth, shoot dry weight, cob length, and plant productivity with consecutive values: 291.56 cm, 5029.06 cm2, 74.29 g , 18.13 cm and 9.53 tons/ha.
