UJI KINERJA MESIN PEMECAH KULIT GABAH DENGAN VARIASI JARAK ROL

Abstract

The process of grinding grain by using the machine-breaking skin grain with rubber rollers away from a distance difference is one important factor in knowing a grain grinder machine performance. This research was conducted in the laboratory of Tools and machinery Jember University Faculty of agricultural technology. The required Data derived from direct measurements in the field. The parameters measured in this study include: the Total capacity, Yield, Quality, and Stripping Capacity Stripping. Measurement results are analyzed using Data calculations and analysis charts. Based on the research results and the data can be done though it is known that each of the parameters and treatment have a relationship. The performance of a machine can be known with the parameters measurement of the quality of grain, including rice and rice varieties ciherang, to break the distance away from matching the 0.7 mm, while for varieties of GH waysputih i.e. 0.9 mm.
