Abstract: Asset management of irrigation is a structured management process for planning maintenance and funding for the irrigation system. It is useful to achieve a defined service levels and sustainable. Asset management of irrigation is a method for establishing assets rank priority that should be repaired. On UPTD Rambipuji the repairs of irrigation assets done without regard from assets rank priority. Therefore the management of asset need to be applied. Assets rank priority obtained from scoring the condition and serviceability using PAI method and the assessment of the interpreter. The analysis used in this study was Spearman rank correlation (ρ). The variable in this study was the level of education interpreter, the interpreter working conditions and hydrogeology. Result showed that ρ count of both method was 0,857417 and ρ table was 0,377. This indicates that the assessment of both methods were different. Level of education affects the asset rank priority results assessment of interpreter, interpreter with the high school level of education gave the same assessment method of PAI. While the work condition does not affect the rank priority results assessment of interpreter. Hydrogeological condition have no effect on the assets rank priority. But the asset rank priority in less appropriate on the low productivity of aquifers can provide bad impacts on the service area.
