dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Succesfull career for woman can to do multiple action as a housewife to educated child and as a worker look for income with harmonious, matching and balance design because women's part as a housewife to educated child to be woman capacity and fixed predicate. Samples research use purposive samples is to take 138 woman had married and minimal senior high school educated or of the same level and work on goverment resort or not in goverment's resort. Next on be half of data analysis used Multiple Regression Linier. The result managerial ability variable, technical ability or functional, security, creativity, autonomy and freedom against development career woman in Jember City. And find technical ability/functional variable have strong influence against development career.
