Abstract: Pengaruh oleh camat terhadap efektivitas kerja bawahan di Kantor Kecamatan Puger, Kabupaten Jember. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis Chi-kaudrat dengan taraf kepercayaan atau taraf signifikan 95% dengan batas kesalahan 5% dengan jumlah responden 30 orang bawahan (pegawai).
