dc.description.abstractVillage District of Umbulsari Sukoreno Jember is one of the largest citrus-producing centers in Jember, but at the time of the harvest occurred citrus prices fall dramatically, there are even delaying harvest time farmers consequently loss of citrus fruit by itself and old age so that by the farmers sold cheaply because the market has become orange juice. Dealing with this problem, so with this service activities, essential socialization and training on post-harvest processing citrus fruit with the aim of maintaining the price of oranges remain expensive and have added value. As for processed citrus fruit that has been tested is a soft jelly candy conjoined, Pulpy Siam, orange juice, dried and candied citrus peel. This activity not only makes the processed product, but how to package and label properly and good marketing management with internet mediated promotion or selling online. The results of the activities showed high enthusiasm of citrus farmer group members in gaining knowledge to add value and fresh citrus fruit production tool that can be operated together in a citrus farmer groups.en_US
