| Abstract: | Pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pasuruan mempunyai kemampuan yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan rata-rata prosentase jawaban responden terhadap variabel kemampuan pegawai sebesar 68,75%, ini menunjukkan bahwa prosentase itu termasuk kreteria yang tinggi. |
