Abstract: Tujuan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab yuridis PDAM dalam hal pendistribusian air minum terhadap pelanggan. PDAM Kabupaten Jember diharapkan mampu memenuhi tanggung jawab baik secara yuridis maupun prosedural sebagaimana yang diharapkan oleh pelanggan dan dapat memenuhi tanggung jawab tersebut secara cepat dan tepat.
