Abstract: Glutathione (y-glutamil-sisteinil-glisin) in non protein thiol compound abundance in animal tissue and euraryote cells, including lymphocyte. It play important roles in many cellular functions, such as DNA and protein synthesis, xenobiotic-carcinogenic subtance detoxification, and immune function maintenance. This experiment was designed for investigaing the effects if pinger bioactive compound.
