PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH MENGGUNAKAN PENILAIAN PORTOFOLIO PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMP

Abstract

The goals of this research were: (1) to describe the difference of study outcome of students between use problem based learning model with portofolio assessment and conventional learning on physics learning at junior high school; (2) to describe student activity use problem based learning model with portofolio assessment on physics learning at junior high school. The type of this research was pure experiment research. Basically, the research methodology of this study to different between experiment class and control class. Data collection method of this research used observation, interview, test, and documentation. The data analysis used: (1) data to determine learning outcomes derived from post-test of the experimental class and control class, with t-test statistic to analyze; (2) the percentage student’s activities. The score value of t-test is 4,971 greater than ttable and its mean that there were difference of study outcome . The percentage of students learning activities at first meeting was 72,2%. In the second meeting, percentage classically less than the first meeting it was 78,7%. The average of students activities percentage was 75,45%.
