dc.description.abstract | the fact that learning becomes meaningful. This study aims to implement STAD cooperative learning model of CTL based approach to learning physics in high school. This research is an experimental research design with Post - test Only Control Design. Population taken is class X students of SMAN 1 Ambulu Jember Year 2013/2014. Data collection techniques used include , observation , tests , interviews , and documentation. The results of the data analysis by t test to post-test results between the experimental class and control class obtained the Sig. ( 2 - tailed ) of 0.000 or less than 0.05. This means that there are significant differences between the results of studying physics students between classes using STAD cooperative model -based approach to contextual teaching and learning ( CTL ) with a class that uses hands-on learning. The average percentage of student learning activity observed in the experimental class was 72.22 % are active category | en_US |
