Analisis Implementasi Pola Pengelolaan Badan Layanan Umum Pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Kalisat - Jember

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of hospital services in Indonesia, one of the government's efforts is a system of Public Service Agency (BLU). So the government hospitals in Indonesia are required to implement this system public service agency. The purpose of this study was to describe public services agency implementation activities at the hospital. Rumah Sakit Daerah Kalisat is one of the public hospital in Jember has implemented as a Financial Management Pattern- Local Publict Service Agency (PPK BLUD ) since 2010. This research was conducted in order to asses the influence of implementation of PPK BLUD on RSD Kalisat – Jember. So that can be known whether there is a significant influence in financial performance , service performance and quality and advantegeous public before and after applying the PPK BLUD . The data used in the form Financial statements RSD Kalisat and End Year Statetements RSD Kalisat in 2008 and 2009 which is the year prior to application of PPK BLUD and in 2010, 2011, 2012 which is the year after implementation of PPK BLUD. Based on analysis found that in general PPK BLUD effects to the financial performance , service performance and quality and advantegeous public before and after applying the PPK BLUD
