dc.description.abstractThis research background by the concept of "Clean and Healthy Behavior" (PHBS) that have long been socialized by the government . On the other hand morbidity of primary school age are still very high. The high morbidity rate will affect the health status children of primary health school age who will have an impact on the children ability to learn in school. This study uses the concept of Health Promotion Model that aims to determine the relationships Behavior-Specific Cognitions and Affect Health Promotion Model and PHBS primary school age children. The research was conducted in SDN Inpres Perumnas in September 2009-February 2010. The numberof primary school age children who participate in the event as many as 110 childrenwere taken randomly. Based on the results of test that have been made that there is a relatinships between the Health Promotion Model by PHBS in primary school age children with a p value 0.001`and OR 3.25 which means children of primary school age who have a Behavior-Specific Cognitions and will likely Affect 3.25 time to implement PHBS will compared with childrenof primary school age who have a Behavior-Specific Cognitions and Affect unfavorable (OR 95% : CI 0.41 to 0.63).en_US
