dc.description.abstractSignificant effect on interest income working again out of the country. The better the income received abroad will increase by one level migration migration. This is due to the high wages abroad to make their interest in migration. The number of family dependents no significant effect on the interests of Indonesian workers to migrate. That's because the demands of one's life does not depend on the amount paid if the family has a job. So if there are family members who worked so workers will not have the enthusiasm to work back out of the country. Levels of education no significant effect on the interests of labor caused Indonesia to migrasi.Hal the education level of workers, especially unskilled workers do not see education but the ability and skills to work abroad. Employment status has a significant effect on the interests of Indonesian workers to migrate. Job status variables have a significant effect on employment status in Indonesia does not work then there will be a desire to migrate because workers have to have an income to meet family needs.The most dominant variable influence on the interests of working again out of the country is dependent familyen_US
