Abstract

PT. Partners Joint Grease (MGB) is one of the pieces of chicken farms are cooperating with pieces of chicken farms in Jember through a partnership nucleus. The purpose of this partnership is to increase revenue and increase business scale of both the company and the farmers .. This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation on employee productivity, analyze the influence of compensation on employee productivity through employee performance, analyze the effect of motivation on employee productivity, analyze the influence of motivation on the productivity of employees through employee performance and analyze the effect on the productivity of the employee's performance broiler farms in partnership PT.
