Abstract

Researcher take the title with the background is the importance of applying treatment conceptual model as integral part from treatment process to increase nurse professionalism as self-supporting profession. Research target is to know amenity description of assessment format use the Gordon’s functional health pattern model and the Roy’s adaptation model in RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal. This research question formula is how amenity description of assessment format uses the Gordon’s functional health pattern model and the Roy’s adaptation model. Utilize to reply the research question, conducted by research to nurse of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Tegal, by using type of research Survey and use Descriptive Eksploratif approach. While instrument used by in the questioner form. Data gathered is later, then analyzed to use the formula of Frequency Distribution. Enumeration statistically indicate that seen from way of its admission filling The Gordon ‘s Model is more enthused by the responder with percentage 57,5 %, while seen from amenity in determining nursing diagnosis both of The Gordon’s Model and The Roy’s Model have the same amenity its seen from the highest percentage is 47,5 %. Furthermore research is needed to know the relation mount the knowledge, attitude, skilled and experience with implementation of the applying nursing conceptual model
