dc.description.abstract | Faced with limited resources and capabilities at the micro-company owned batik, this research aims to analyze and explain the influence of the resources and capabilities of the company's entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage, and business performance. Respondents research company leadership batik micro-255. Data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and analysis inferensial Structural Equation Modeling. A descriptive analysis of the results showed respondents give high attention to the research variables while the SEM analysis results showed the company's resources are valuable and rare positive significant effect against the entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage, and business performance; the company capability valuable, rare, and significant positive effect to the inimitable competitive advantage and business performance; but the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation insignificant; While the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation does not significantly to business performance and competitive advantage. Theoretical contributions to new research findings is increasingly enriching the resource based view. These research findings to practical contributions the company has strength in batik micro company resources are valuable and rare, valuable corporate capabilities, rare and inimitable, and competitive advantage while its weaknesses in entrepreneurial orientation. Limitations of research i) research findings only apply on a micro company batik in Madura Island, ii) not all strategic elements (VRIN) resources and capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation of dimensions used. | en_US |
