Abstract: This research is entitled "The influences of Job Insecurity to Turnover Intention of Employees at CV Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung, Central Java". This research was intended to identify and analyze the influence of job insecurity (X) consisting of work conditions (X1), role conflict (X2), career development (X3) and locus of control (X4) partially and simultaneously to turnover intention (Y) of employees at CV Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung, Central Java. The population in this research was all employees of the production section of CV Putra Makmur Abadi as many as 855 people, and the number of respondents was 90 people. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis and the result of regression similarity Y = 0,1450 + 0,204X1 + 0,187X2 + 0,035X3 + 0,097X4. The research results showed that: 1) job insecurity which consisted of work conditions and role conflict affected partially to turnover intention of employees at CV Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung, Central Java; 2) job insecurity consisting of career development and the locus of control did not give partial influence to turnover intention of employees at CV Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung, Central Java; 3) job insecurity comprising working conditions, role conflict, career development and the locus of control simultaneously affected turnover intention of employees at CV Putra Makmur Abadi Temanggung, Central Java.
