Abstract: This research aimed to identify the level of public satisfaction at outpatient unit of public health center Kraksaan Probolinggo Regency. The research type was descriptive quantitative. Sampling technique used incidental sampling involving 150 people/respondents. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis to obtain value per component and the total value of Public Satisfaction Index. The research results showed that public satisfaction index at outpatient unit of public health center Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency was in B category which means that the performance of the service unit at Public Health Center Kraksaan was declared good.
