dc.description.abstract | low-income factors in areas of origin is a major cause of female workers decided to migrate to Jember. Most of the migrant education level is high school level is 46.67%. While the views of the respective jobs maisng shows, most of the educational level of the service sector, employee groups, the trade is a high school respectively 45%, 30% and 5% from their respective jobs. The average income of workers by employment a wek are: (a) Rp. 990,000, - for the services sector to the variation between Rp. 400.000, - to Rp. 750.000, -; (b) Rp. 1.600.000, - for the class of employees with a variation of between Rp. 800.000, - to Rp. 1,100,000, (b) Rp. 1.9 million, - to the trade sector with variations between Rp. 1.250.000, - until Rp.1.500.000, (c) Length of migrants working in Jember varies from 6 months to 24 years, while the average length of work by service sector jobs in the year 9.225; olongan employee 8.325 years, and 13.35 in the trading sector. The majority (35%) motivated migrants working in Jember is to istkerja in Jember more available and smoothly. Most of the class of employees is to provide for the family and for the trade is that trade in Jember more smoothly than regions. While the service sector has sufficient motivation balance between the needs of families with a more smooth work in Jember. (d) Variation largest remittance sending are those of Rp. 400.000, - s / d Rp. 750.000, - as many as 46.16%, for the class of employees and trade sectors are those of Rp.800.000, - s / d Rp. 1,100,000, - ie respectively 57.14% and 35.71%. Frequency of sending remittances to their home every month and beneficiaries, especially to help the elderly and the cost of education. (f) Factors jobs, long work in Jember, and education attained not influence on the size of the remittances sent to their hometown, while the income of migrants and the number of family members covered in the areas of origin have a significant effect. | en_US |
