ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN TEMBAKAU DIKAPUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of communication and work climate to work satifying and th commitmentof tobacco manufacture works in Jember regency. The type of this research is an explanatory study. Population in this study are works in tobacco manufaturer (PT Tatutama Nusantara and Mayangsari) in Jember regency, The samples of this study are 38 respondents. The metdod to analyze the result is path analysis. The result shows that communication has significant effect of work satisfying. Work climate also has the same effect. Work climate has effect on commitment of the workers directly and indirectly. Work climate has also effect on commitment significantly. Indirectly and directly. Work satisfiying has effect on workers commitment.
