dc.description.abstractVariable incentives, and future work together (simultaneously) have a significant impact on labor productivity in the processing part of PTPN XII (Persero) Renteng Gardens. Incentive variable has a positive and significant effect. It is shown that when variables increases, the incentive will increase labor productivity. Tenure variable has a negative and significant effect. It is shown that when variables increases the service life will decrease labor productivity.en_US
