Abstract

Larger authority embodied by Sampang regency has brouhgt about the necessity of Sampang Development of Monitoring and Evaluation System for government Capacity Building. Institutional performance which reflect institutional capacity should be comprehensivelly developed in order to give relevant data and information of SKPD or institutional port folio and program performance. "Blue print" institututional performance which can be applied in the long run period and develop a given Monitoring and Evaluation System for government Capacity Building will be valuable information for government stakeholders.
