Food represent one of the requirement of human being fundamental which must available in enough amount and in good quality. For that purposes governmental mentioned deliver levying of shell of rice or unhulled paddy to Perum Bulog. In its mission, Perum Bulog obliged is not only to guarantee the availibility of national food materials specially shell of rice or unhulled paddy, but also obliged to take care of food price stability so that reached by all society.
