Dukungan Amerika Serikat Terhadap Kelompok Oposisi Suriah

Abstract

This paper attempted to explain the purpose of United States endorsement to Syrian opposition groups in conflict of Syria. This paper used a descriptive approach to analyze of United States complicity in Syria. Syria is one of the countries in Middle East that is experiencing political turmoil with people demanding President Bashar al-Assad to retreat from his position. This conflict has been claimed by so many people that United States gave many kinds of aid for opposition groups and attempted to implement the arms and other economic sanctions against Syria. The national interest and influence concept try to explain United States endorsement to Syria opposition groups as an effort to embed the influence and reach economic interests. United States opinion that Bashar al-Assad regime has lost legitimacy to lead Syrian and resolution of conflicts in Syrian needs international condemnation
