dc.description.abstractThis study aimedtoknowJatropha curcas latex aktivities of amount fibroblast neokalilerisation and re-epitelisasi in the processof wound healingin mice(Mus musculus) strain balb c.This studyusesa quantitativeexperimentalapproach, thedesignfollowed therandomized block design. Independent variableis the concentration oftheJatropha latex0%, 50%, 75%, 100% andthe oldobservations ofdayat 4 th and 7 . Dependent variableare the number offibroblastcells, neovascularization, andre-epithelialization.The results of this study showed that there is a potentialJatropha curcas latex in the process of wound healing in mice. Jatropha curcas latex with a concentration of 50%, 75% and 100% have a significant effect on the number of fibroblasts on the observation day of the day at 4 th and 7 th , re-epithelialization of the observation time of the day at 4 , but no significant to re-epiteliasi in each treatment group and neovascularization on the observation day of the day at 4 st and 7 st in each treatment group.en_US
